Cope Books

John Cope is a writer and author of several books.

He has been writing for a relatively short time, but has published several books on Amazon.
His writing started when he was going through a rough time with his son at school. Writing helped him cope with the situation in his own mind, and replay the events so he could understand the timelines and consider what he coud have possibly done differently.

That book was "Teen" It was published in 2018, and is available on Amazon. He hoped the situation would strike a chord with other parents, and help them understand the pressures their children are under... and, hopefully, avoid the same problems.

From there, his next book was "Shall We Not Revenge?" The sequel to "Teen", but this was purely fictional. A strange outpouring of lawless thoughts that entered his head after the events that had unfolded, and a twisted, darkly-comedic way of dealing with the bullies that caused the situation in the first place.

Fiction became fun, and the rest was easy. The Copes became the protagonists in all the books, as he knew them so well by then, so the next two books are purely for entertainment, and not quite so dark!

The first novel of these, in a two novel series, is "Grin And Bear It. The Apocalypse". Read more about it below, it's how a seemingly normal family deal with what appeares to be a major workd event.
During Covid, humans showed their true nature on their quest for toilet roll... an apocalypse would be much worse ...
